Laura Milone McLean serves as the primary point of contact for matters pertaining to the CEO. She also liaises with the board of directors and senior management teams, organizes, and coordinates executive outreach, and provides support for other departments as needed. Prior to joining WomenHeart she had over 10 years of experience working with various nonprofits. Starting out as a Development Assistant at Pine Crest Preparatory School, where she assisted with alumni relations and the organization of annual galas and fundraising events. She continued her career as the Development Associate for the Hermitage Artist Retreat and was responsible for managing donor relations and planning the organization’s events and programs. Laura is a lifetime Florida resident residing in north Florida with her husband and their dog Lady.
