2009 Circle of Helping Heart Tours Helped Hundreds in Southern California

In the spring of 2009, WomenHeart, together with General Mills, launched the Cheerios Circle of Helping Hearts Tour which provided over 900 women with free cholesterol and wellness screenings in underprivileged communities throughout Southern California.

For two weeks, the Cheerios Circle of Helping Hearts Tour bus screened women, men and entire families that came out to take the first step towards heart health.  The Tour traveled into Spanish speaking areas of California and provided bi-lingual screeners and heart health information to the hundreds that attended.
